Rewards you set

Your shop, your rules. Pick the item and the number of visits, and change your mind whenever you like.

Several rewards at once
A treat at 3 visits and a coffee at 10. Each one moves forward with every tap.
Change them any time
Create, rename, change and remove rewards on your Rewards page. Visits already earned stay on the card.
Seasonal offers
Add an end date, or a window such as "complete within 30 days". Customers always see it.
Fair by design
Rewards count visits, not dollars, so they are simple to explain and fair to every customer.

A dashboard that knows your regulars

The numbers that matter
Total visits, customers and rewards given, updated every minute while the dashboard is open.
Every customer
Visits, first and last visit, rewards collected, progress to the next reward and the name they chose to share.
Quiet customers flagged
Anyone who has not been in for 21 days or more is marked quiet, ready for a nudge.
Several shops
Pick a shop once and every page opens on it, or see all shops side by side with each customer counted once.
Charts and trends
On plans that include it: visits, new customers and rewards per day over 7, 30 or 90 days, and who is close to a reward. Click a bar to see just those customers.

Your team at the counter

Cashiers type or scan a member number, see which rewards are ready, press Redeem and hand it over. The ready list refreshes itself every minute.

Staff logins
Add a cashier by email and choose which shops they work in. They set their own password from a link that works once, for 3 days.
Only what the counter needs
Staff redeem rewards and look up members. They cannot change rewards or see your dashboard.
A record of every reward
Each redemption is saved with the time and the reward, so there is never a dispute about what was given.

Switch on what your shop needs

Each of these is a setting, so your counter stays as simple as you want.

Win-back nudges
Where messaging is switched on for your shop, send a "we miss you" email or SMS to a quiet customer who shared their details with you. TapMat adds your details and an unsubscribe link, and limits it to one nudge per customer per day.
Your colour and logo
On plans that include it, customers see your colour and logo on your pass. TapMat checks the colour stays easy to read.
Private feedback
Customers can rate a visit and leave a short comment that only you read.
Delivery claim cards
A single-use QR card in the delivery bag counts a phone or app order as a visit.
Backup check-in
If a phone cannot read the sticker, show a backup QR code from the owner app.
New phone, same visits
Staff confirm who the customer is and move their pass to the new phone with a one-time code.
